- To provide you with a third-party conveyancer on our panel to match your needs

- To share with our third-party partners for their marketing purposes.
- We need to conduct Identification Documents (ID) and Anti-Money Laundering checks, which will be done by a third-party supplier. To do this, we will be providing your full name, date of birth, and contact information to them. They will then carry out the checks and send us the results.
- To record our phone conversations with you for quality and monitoring purposes.

Your data is secure on dedicated off site servers held within the UK. Your data is stored on a hosted server with ISO-certified, tier 3 data centre which is SSL secure.
We take the responsibility for protecting your privacy very seriously and we will ensure your data is secured in accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection laws. We have in place technical and organisational measures to ensure personal information is secured and to prevent your personal data from being accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We have in place a robust access control policy which limits access to your personal data to those employees, contractors and other third parties who only have a business need to know.
